my baby girl
This is a blog about my baby girl, Mary, otherwise known as Pacha mama.
Yesterday I took pachita to the doctor because she has had a cough for two weeks, and I discovered something about my daughter. She is going to be a total flirt/extrovert that thrives off of the attention of others. As the doctors and nurses in turn talked with her, she got this huge smile on her face. And as the doctor was examining her, he said "Oh what a good baby. Even my adult patients are not this good." as he poked and prodded, and she just smiled and smiled.
We haved already surmised that Mary gets easily bored and needs lots of attention. This new piece of her puzzle fits in perfectly.
Watch out, bob. You are going to have a goddaughter just like you.
PS: everytime I take my children to the doctor, they tell me that it is just a virus and there is nothing to do but let them get over it. and everytime I say I will never take my child to the doctor again.

There is more to being an extrovert than wanting people to just compliment you all the time...sigh. Interaction is important and I love my Gemini Mary. We just have to be careful that she deciphers what attention is meaningful because there is all kinds of attention that should be ignored....
I had a whole hypocritical discussion with Bug about this because I said she was such a Gemini and then I said...Hey you make me sound so shallow. Sigh..Paradox.
P.S. It is hard to not go to a doctor because you feel like you are not doing all you can do. I think both is good and to minimalize doctor going for natural methods would be good. If we lived in a commune we could do more research and be healthier...

well i didn't mean that she wants compliments. i meant that she lights up when people interact with her(and thus the compliments). extroverts thrive on outside stimulus and that is Mary. Sammy is a total introvert on the other hand.

i know. sammy reminds me a lot of the way moo is very deep but cool like a river. and i didn't know that angelina was born on june 4th. i wonder what i will do with a daughter that is outwardly more powerful than I am. will my introvertiveness temper her or will it make it hard to understand each other
